For the past 6 years, Alix has served as the IB Trained Director of College Counseling at an elite International Baccalaureate boarding school in Florida. She provides PK3 - 12th-grade students with academic, career, and college guidance. She brought to her position many constructive philosophies that she follows on a daily basis, one being: the advising process should enable students to make positive academic choices within the context of forward-thinking planning, where interests, possible career choices, and personal fulfillment are carefully considered.
Alix has a tremendous passion for the college counseling field. With over 4,000 4-year universities in the United States, it is her goal to help every student find one that is a perfect match.
