Lindsey's strength lies in helping students craft memorable personal statements; she is a journalist whose work has appeared in Dwell, Trulia, Stackstreet, and many other publications. She has 6+ years of experience as a writer and editor, including personal statements and essays. As a college counselor, Lindsey guides students in the narrative form of writing. Through her guidance, the student creates a compelling personal statement and emerges as a stronger writer. Lindsey is also a writing tutor, working one-on-one with students helping them convey their story, stay on track, and make progress in their classes.  

 

As an SAT and ACT tutor, Lindsey is an expert on the reading, writing and language, and essay sections. These components are often the most difficult areas for students to increase their scores, yet Lindsey achieves impressive results.
