A former admissions counselor for the University of Nebraska, Michaela has a heart for supporting students in the pursuit of their academic dreams. She has previously worked alongside the guidance counselors for an International Baccalaureate high school, developed college-readiness curriculum for Junior Achievement, and gained experience in college admissions with the University of Nebraska before bringing her experience to Moon Prep.

 

Michaela has hosted many college counseling workshops in high schools throughout the U.S. to advise students on building a strong student profile through developing activities, pursuing job shadowing and internship opportunities, essay development and the college application process, including navigating financial aid and merit scholarships.
